Job Summary
Perform PCB rework, board bring-up, and basic debug under engineering guidance while building custom cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical prototypes for R&D testing. Operate and maintain electrical lab equipment including oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and logic analyzers to execute verification and characterization tests for hardware and systems. Collect, organize, and report test data with clear traceability while supporting the development and refinement of test methods and procedures. Build, maintain, and improve test fixtures, benches, and prototype test boards to improve test efficiency and product reliability. Assist with failure investigation and root-cause activities for lab, manufacturing, and sustaining issues while coordinating lab materials and logistics. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant lab environment aligned with quality system requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on electronics lab technician experience in R&D, medical device, or regulated product development environments
- Ability to travel as necessary up to 10%
