Job Summary
Laboratory Technical Supervisor to establish, validate, and operate Neko Health’s on-site clinical laboratory in New York; lead all pre-go-live validation (instrument/assay) on Abbott Alinity, design workflows, implement SOPs, and ensure CLIA/CMS and New York State regulatory readiness; after go-live, serve as on-site technical owner for instrument performance and testing quality, maintaining inspection-ready records and compliance; collaborate with Head of Labs for multi-site oversight. Requires 5+ years in high-complexity clinical labs, a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, and New York State licensure as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Technologist; preferred MLS (ASCP) or equivalent, experience with Abbott Alinity/ARCHITECT, LIS (Epic/Cerner).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- New York State licensure as a Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Technologist
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-complexity clinical laboratory environments
