Job Summary
Lab Technical Manager I leads a team of Scientific Analysts with a focus on compliance, coordinating lab process audits, proficiency testing, and CAPAs; analyzes trends in OOS/NC/CC, supports Customer and Regulatory audits, and drives continuous improvement across regional labs. Responsibilities include method design and validation best practices, onboarding of new analytical technologies, presenting at webinars and seminars, and developing team capabilities through technical growth and programs such as trade-a-tech and Lunch and Learn; collaborates with Lab Operations and global technical teams to strengthen compliance and enhance Customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of experience in a Laboratory or medical device industry.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
