Job Summary
Laboratory Tech II / Specimen Processor responsible for conducting basic to moderately complex diagnostic testing under guidance. Performs specimen handling, collection-tube preparation, and maintains logs (harvest logs, chain of custody, sample manifests). Ensures proper storage temperatures, packing and labeling of materials, and supports data collection for instrument validations. Adheres to FDA CFR, ICH, GCP, CenExel SOPs, and site policies; operates on-site in Marlton, NJ. Requires on-site presence and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical-lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- IATA certification preferred
- Phlebotomist certification preferred
- Must have proper experience and demonstrate mastery of Lab Technician I position
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
