Job Summary
Lead laboratory operations by identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans while supporting the Regional Manager with organizational goals. Interact with clients, patients, and business units to deliver customer-focused service, and review business indicators to optimize processes and maximize profitability. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control standards within the team. This second-shift full-time role requires an active Laboratory Supervisor License for Tennessee and previous supervisory experience. You will have routine access to Protected Health Information and work within a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Active Laboratory Supervisor License for the state of Tennessee
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record for the past three years
