Oversight of day-to-day operations for assigned night shifts or department functions within a busy 282-bed medical center in Middle Georgia. Perform all levels of general testing within the analytical laboratory while applying high-level technical knowledge to ensure clinical relevance. Operate in a self-directed manner utilizing complex problem-solving skills to manage shift activities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, one year of laboratory experience, and an ASCP-certified MLS, MT, or MLT license.
