Laboratory Supervisor

Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct department functions to achieve organizational goals while maintaining regulatory compliance for quality patient care. Manage a team of MLTs and Phlebotomists by coaching, training, and holding them accountable to behavioral standards. Write, review, revise, and implement all policies and procedures. Establish strong working relationships with directors and physicians. Promote and participate in hospital projects, public relations programs, patient surveys, and community education initiatives. Requires an ASCP license, Bachelors degree preferred, and strong computer skills.
