Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Environmental Laboratory operations in Conroe, TX; oversee workflows, staffing, calibrations, maintenance, compliance with GLP/SOPs, data review, troubleshooting instrumentation, safety, audits, and continuous improvement; collaborates with laboratory leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational priorities and objectives; performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related scientific discipline
- 3+ years of progressive analytical laboratory experience in environmental or regulated laboratory environments
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience within a laboratory setting
- Demonstrated experience with laboratory instrumentation, analytical testing methods, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of GLP, SOPs, quality assurance practices, and laboratory safety procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LIMS
- Full-time onsite position based in Conroe, TX
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed
- Occasional travel may be required for training, audits, meetings, or operational support activities
