Laboratory Specialist I

Laboratory Specialist I at Brewer Science will conduct research on materials, perform tests (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy), manage data entry and documentation, and troubleshoot lab issues. Responsibilities include developing and improving complex processes, operating and calibrating cleanroom equipment, maintaining metrology control plans, training new personnel in cleanroom procedures and equipment operation, supporting data analysis and technical documentation, and contributing to publications. Requires an associate’s degree in a technical field with several years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Emphasis on cleanroom protocols, instrumentation maintenance, calibration, audits, and compliance, with opportunities to participate in publications and conference papers.
