Job Summary
Part-time Laboratory Site Reviewer for NIH/NIAID, supporting GSN at NIH. Responsible for in-person site visits to approximately 14 facilities, reviewing biosafety, biosecurity, and facility usage compliance, developing site visit agendas and checklists, coordinating plans with recipients and NIH staff, providing monthly progress updates, drafting post-site visit reports, and ensuring adherence to Grants Management Program requirements. Requires a B.A./B.S. degree, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to travel domestically for on-site assessments, and familiarity with NIH policies and award terms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) required
- Experience conducting site visits
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of NIH policies and award terms and conditions
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
