Job Summary
Develop and manage strategic relationships between Ceramiart Dental Laboratories and PortmanDentex practices to drive customer retention and revenue growth. Identify opportunities where laboratory services and digital workflows improve the patient journey and collaborate on future service development. Work closely with clinicians and practice teams to foster long-term partnerships while managing multiple client relationships effectively. Requires GDC registration, UK driving licence, and ability to travel across UK locations. Full-time 40-hour role with competitive hourly pay, bonus scheme, and comprehensive wellbeing support.
Required Qualifications
- GDC Registered Qualified Technician
- Experience within the dental or laboratory sectors
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or commercial relationship management
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to travel to other UK locations as required
