Job Summary

Coordinate donor stewardship, alumni engagement, and volunteer activities to support annual fundraising goals. Draft communications including donor acknowledgments, stewardship reports, and briefing materials while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and PowerSchool. Analyze fundraising data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic planning. Partner with the team to plan meetings, manage event logistics, and improve operational workflows. Cultivate relationships with donors, alumni, and advisory council members while assisting with prospect research and gift administration.

Required Qualifications

  • college or university degree in related field
  • 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Hybrid office environment
  • occasional nights, mornings and weekends for events
  • Travel to campus for Lab Schools business
  • Work evenings, early mornings and weekends
  • Drug Test Required
  • Motor Vehicle Record Inquiry Required
  • Background check that includes a review of conviction history
