Laboratory Quality engineer

Laboratory Quality engineer responsible for calibrating test and measurement equipment, developing work instructions for measuring/testing tools, conducting Gage R&R studies, and defining CTQs based on customer requirements and historical data. Role includes defining poka-yokes for daily verification, analyzing component characteristics (section, insertion, tearing force, terminal crimping), validating tooling and materials across production lines, and compiling startup information for new lines or engineering changes. Requires ability to work in a high-tempo environment, strong organizational and planning skills, and the ability to interact across the organization. English and French language proficiency are required.
