Laboratory Quality Consultant

Conduct chemical risk analysis and manage measurement order systems to ensure correct capabilities and priority in laboratory processes. Lead project acquisition and implementation of new laboratory equipment while supporting failure analysis of internal and customer return products. Develop measurement methods, perform MSA studies on laboratory and line equipment, and assist in root cause analysis related to measurement systems. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, energy efficiency, and safety standards through corrected risk assessments and preventive actions. Support Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams in selecting in-line measurement methods and managing supplier PPAPs.
