Job Summary
Prepare, mix, and test rodenticide formulations while conducting physical checks of rat baits and maintaining lab cleanliness. Perform sample testing of raw materials and finished goods using HPLC, record testing data accurately, and conduct QC inspections on agricultural tools to ensure compliance with specifications. Carry out routine monitoring for stored grain pests within bait storage, assist in fumigation and bait rotation, and support field data collection during product trials. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures while assisting in ISO audits and special R&D projects.
Required Qualifications
- SPM/STPM/Diploma in Agriculture, Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of chemical handling, weighing, and testing
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Desired Qualifications
- Training in lab practices or QA/QC procedures
- Familiarity with pest monitoring and agrochemical products
