Job Summary
Laboratory Test Manager responsible for coordinating all testing activities within the laboratory and aligning with the global Test & Validation team. Manage all aspects of assigned T&V projects (cost, quality, timing), convene weekly review of lab requests, schedule and forecast T&V programs, coordinate 3rd party testing, assign lab tests, monitor real-time workflow, and provide status updates to leadership. Requires hands-on lab work, strong communication, structured process development, and collaboration with Engineering Program Managers and Division leadership; travel up to 10% (domestic and international).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive, component qualification, test management, and planning is preferred
- Must have experience in Project Management
- Knowledge in Basic Quality tools (Six Sigma, Shanin, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
- May travel up to 10% of the time - domestic and international
