Laboratory Process Technician

Manage laboratory specimens by labeling, aliquoting, packaging, and tracking them through the TriHealth system while dispatching samples to referral labs. Handle customer inquiries via telephone to provide diagnostic services, gather billing data, and resolve service issues. Ensure compliance with OIG guidelines by transcribing physician orders into HIS and LIS systems and procuring quality specimens from all patient demographics according to CLIA, JCAHO, and CAP standards. Prioritize workload effectively to maintain accuracy and quality while supporting the broader laboratory team.
