Job Summary
Lead laboratory operations by identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans while supporting regional organizational goals. Manage a team of employees, interact with clients and business units, and review business indicators to optimize processes and maximize profitability. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control standards within the clinical laboratory environment. This full-time role offers a base salary of $95k to $120k in Lihue, Hawaii, with 40 weekly hours. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- an excellent driving record for the past three years
