Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of previous experience in the field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability exercising sound judgment and discretion
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy including Office 365, EMR, Email management
Desired Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as a Laboratory Director issued by the state
- Consider High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) certification
- Certification by the American Board of Medical Microbiology
- Certification by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry
- Certification by the American Board of Bioanalysis
- Certification by the American Board of Medical Laboratory Immunology preferred
