Job Summary
Laboratory Data Quality Specialist ensures accurate entry, verification, and quality review of laboratory orders and specimen information; maintains PSC and LIS databases; verifies and validates orders; supports Data Entry and Quality Control; identifies discrepancies, communicates issues to clients and lab personnel, provides training and assistance, and participates in process-improvement initiatives to uphold data integrity and high standards of specimen processing. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment; preferred Bachelor's degree and experience in medical/clinical settings; proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
