Job Summary
Conduct laboratory analyses for process control, sugar quality, and by-product monitoring while accurately recording and reporting results to personnel. Enter lab-related data into the computer system and obtain samples from various locations within the factory. Perform duties involving lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and wearing required personal protective equipment. Work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule at the American Crystal Sugar Company factory in the Red River Valley.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- Good communication abilities, reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
- Must understand how and be able to obtain lab samples from various locations in the factory
