Job Summary
Conduct product final QC testing, WIP testing, and environmental monitoring by following standard operating procedures and documenting results in real-time. Retest failed products, identify root causes with R&D and Quality teams, and halt operations when specifications are not met. Prepare reagents and equipment daily, calibrate air sampling machines, and maintain clean laboratory environments while ensuring compliance with all safety policies and cGMP requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field, or equivalent education and work experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- knowledge of cGMP
- aseptic technique
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Must be able to lift/carry 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Recent graduate and/or a minimum of 0-2 years of experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
