Laboratory Assistant

Job Summary
Receive and sort clinical lab specimens; prepare specimens for testing and analysis; scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information; ensure lab equipment is functioning and perform minor instrumentation maintenance; troubleshoot specimen-related issues; replenish test bench supplies; maintain a clean and safe work environment; complete record logs and other administrative duties; follow all SOPs to ensure safety and quality; work 2nd shift (12:00pm–8:30pm, M-F with rotating weekends).
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more of phlebotomy or clinical laboratory work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
