Job Summary
Laboratory Assistant I or II at Monument Health in Sturgis, SD. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP CPT, AMT MLA, or equivalent)
- 1+ years in Clinical Laboratory and/or Healthcare Experience
Desired Qualifications
- Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP CPT, AMT MLA, CMLA, CPT, or equivalent)
- NAACLS phlebotomy program
- 1+ years in Clinical Laboratory and/or Healthcare Experience
- ASCP or AMT or AMT-related certifications for Medical Laboratory Assistants
- American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or National Phlebotomy Solutions or Phlebotomy Certification from accredited training providers
- Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (CMLA) or AMT certifications
