Job Summary
Perform sample preparation and extraction, operate and maintain lab instruments (pipettes, shakers, centrifuges, pH meters), calibrate and service equipment, manage data processing and documentation, ensure quality control and timely turnaround (TAT), assist analysts, and support safe, organized lab operations in a 24/7 lab environment. Emphasizes meticulous work, ability to work under minimal supervision, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced scientific setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Lab experience, full training will be provided
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Must be capable of working with minimal supervision
- Must be well organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
