Job Summary
Laboratory Analyst responsible for mineral separation tests and bench-scale mineral processing operations, including grinding samples, rougher flotation, gravity separation, and cyanide leaching; operate and maintain lab equipment (grinding rolls, stirred mills, Malvern laser sizer, scales, compressors, filtration, pH meters) and prepare test reagents; maintain calibration and production logs, ensure sample accountability, and uphold safety and quality standards per ALS policies; ability to work independently or in a team, manage high volumes and time-critical workloads, and communicate effectively in English; requires a recognized degree or technical diploma in Chemistry or Sciences and basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); benefits include comprehensive package and opportunities for career development.
