Job Summary
Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical techniques and GMP/GLP protocols. Aliquot and weigh samples, wash glassware, and operate complex instrumentation including gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, atomic absorption, and ICP. Conduct activities safely and efficiently while recording and reporting data and unusual occurrences to the supervisor. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- 1-2 years of previous laboratory exposure or experience
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
- Position will be Tuesday-Saturday 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM, with overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- BS or BA in chemistry or related field preferred
- Previous production-oriented work helpful (awareness and ability to meet deadlines)
