Job Summary
Develop regional academic promotion plans for lung cancer and breast cancer markets and execute them based on market conditions. Decompose work objectives, monitor market plan execution, and provide feedback to ensure activities stay within budget. Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and develop new client relationships in target regions. Manage daily operations of subordinate representatives, including joint visits, coaching, and performance evaluation. Oversee team budget management, talent development, and compliance with company policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in medicine or pharmacy, 2+ years of regional manager experience, and knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Medical or pharmacy major
- 2+ years regional manager experience
- Knowledge of regional drug laws and regulations
- Strong market sensitivity
