Develop regional academic promotion plans for lung cancer and breast cancer markets, tracking execution and ensuring budget adherence. Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, cultivate client connections, and oversee daily operations of subordinate representatives including coaching and performance evaluation. Enforce company compliance policies across the team and optimize fee budgets while driving market development. Requires 2+ years of regional manager experience in oncology, with a background in lung cancer or breast cancer preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Medical or pharmacy related major
- 2+ years regional manager work experience
- Knowledge of regional drug laws and regulations
