Job Summary
Execute analyses and quality controls for incoming raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using methods such as ELISA, Kjeldahl, and bacteriological testing. Process and release results into SAP or Excel while performing on-site inspections at production lines. Support equipment calibration and assist with sensory analysis across the product range. Maintain the laboratory manual and rotate through various night shifts to ensure methodological expertise. Work in a small team from 22:00 to 06:00, Monday through Friday, reporting to your team leader.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelordiploma gerelateerd aan het labo (liefst binnen een wetenschappelijke richting, vb. agro- en biotechnolgie, laboratoriumtechnologie, voedings- en dieetkunde, chemie etc)
- Kennis van labotechnieken en fysicochemische- en microbiologische analyses
- In staat om zelfstandig alsook in een kleinkoppig (nacht)team te kunnen werken
- Echte nachtraaf
- Kan werken in de vaste nacht (maandag- tem vrijdagnacht, 22u - 6u)
- Betrouwbaar
- Nauwkeurig
- Gaat kritisch te werk
