Job Summary
Labor Standards Specialist at H&M Group located in Stockholm. Responsible for developing and maintaining the labour standards model, validating task times with market feedback and operational insights, documenting methodologies and scaling rules, planning and conducting time studies across front of house, back of house and omnichannel tasks, and structuring raw data to support validation, analysis and continuous improvement of labour standards. Collaborates with the Labour Standards Expert, Operations Development, Tech and Product teams, and global colleagues to ensure labour standards remain accurate, relevant and easy to use; requires strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and proficiency in documenting processes in English.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of work measurement, labour standards or workforce management
- Experience from retail operations, process analysis or labour optimisation
- Familiarity with workforce management or scheduling systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret productivity and time‐study data
- High attention to detail and strong documentation and organisational skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
