Job Summary
Labor Resource Specialist responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Time Tracking and Scheduling systems (including Workday Time Tracking and ShiftWizard) to ensure accurate payroll data and efficient scheduling. Responsibilities include translating HR/payroll time policies into system configurations, enabling system integrations, participating in upgrades/testing, optimizing time tracking/scheduling processes, providing user training and documentation, delivering reporting and dashboards, and exploring AI tools to improve efficiency. Requires collaboration with IS, vendors, and leaders to improve time tracking, scheduling accuracy, and labor utilization; 2+ years in HRIS/payroll/time tracking; associate degree in a related field; proficiency in Excel; healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, Human Resources, information systems, or healthcare related degree
- 2 years’ experience in HRIS, payroll, or time tracking, or other equivalent experience
- Experience implementing process &/or system changes
- Previous experience with Workday or other HRIS preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
