Labor Relations Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage labor relations projects for hourly and technician employees, including keeping in touch to understand issues, suggesting and executing HR policies, and leading negotiation processes to resolve conflicts between staff and supervisors. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, local and external environments, and organizational requirements for quality management, health, safety, and legal stipulations. Administer work rules, Code of Conduct, and vendor coordination for cafeteria, buses, and medical services while overseeing absenteeism, turnover, and employee recognition programs. Monitor, measure, and report on labor relations aspects within agreed formats, ensuring activities meet ISO, Safety, EMS, and energy management system requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related fields
- 5 years of experience working with labor relations field and human resources related in manufacturing environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English 80% (verbal communication)

- Knowledge in energy management systems
- ISO 50001 (Significant Energy Uses, Energy Policy, objectives and actions plans)
