Job Summary
Provide expert labor relations advisory services to management on grievances, arbitration, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. Interpret Federal labor relation laws, regulations, case law, and guidance to develop policy positions and recommendations. Represent management in negotiations or discussions with union officials on sensitive or high-impact labor relations matters. Analyze labor relation issues and develop strategies or program improvements to support organizational goals. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards for federal government clients. Candidates must possess 3-5 years of federal labor relation advisory services experience and hold a Public Trust Clearance.
