Job Summary
Recruits, trains, and develops members while leading and organizing them for political action and collective bargaining. Represents members in hearings and negotiates contracts, providing leadership to rank-and-file negotiators and committees. Identifies and develops member leaders, chapter officers, and stewards to influence staff and build a committed advocacy base. Requires weekend and evening work, occasional overnight travel, and a California driver's license. Salary ranges from $88,630 to $128,928.

- Work experience relevant to organizing and recruiting new members
- Weekend and evening work will be required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
