Job Summary
Labor Relations Business Partner in a manufacturing setting responsible for shaping and executing labor strategy, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation, and fostering constructive, compliant employee relations. Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and action plans, lead labor-related processes (collective agreements, organizational changes, customer consultations), and coach leaders on employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Contribute to broader People & Culture priorities (engagement, organizational health, capability building) and support transformation and culture initiatives within the plant. Requires 5–7 years of HR experience, exposure to unionized environments, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist roles
- Exposure to unionized environments is a strong plus
- Experience in manufacturing or sophisticated operational environments preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
