Labor Relations, Manager – EMEA & LATAM (Works Councils)

Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for European and country-level works council consultations, preparing materials, agendas, and presentations while tracking statutory deadlines. Maintain labor relations governance documentation, standard operating procedures, and playbooks to ensure compliance and support audit requests. Develop project plans for initiatives tied to organizational changes, restructures, and acquisitions, monitoring milestones and coordinating cross-functional action items with HR, Legal, and business leaders. Serve as the central coordination point for information requests from country HR teams and facilitate communication across functions. Prepare dashboards and reports on consultation activity, labor risks, and project status to support executive decision-making. Maintain fluency in German and English to navigate multinational environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting HR, Employee Relations, Legal Operations, or project management
- 4+ years' experience supporting European works councils or labor relations programs
- Fluency in German and English

- Experience working in a multinational organization
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
