Job Summary
Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, conduct labor research, and perform benchmarking analysis. Prepare hourly compensation statements for distribution in fall 2027 as part of a full-time summer internship. The program offers workshops on resume building and interview prep, provides housing options, and includes access to a 24/7 Wellness Center. Start date is May 17, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred majors: Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology with I/O, Law, Business Management with focus/minor in Labor Relations, or related
