Job Summary
Prepare meetings for staff representative instances, including agenda compilation and document support. Update the Economic and Social Database and contribute to collective negotiations by conducting legal consultations and benchmarking. Support the management of individual cases and track contentieux evolution with legal counsel. Create and adapt administrative documents based on regulatory changes. Maintain social legal awareness to identify work law evolutions affecting the company and formalize findings for operations and franchisees. Conduct studies on regulatory measures to support corporate strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of social law (droit social) in France
- Ability to prepare meetings of staff representative instances (recueil des points à l'ordre du jour, preparation of documents and supports)
- Ability to update the Economic and Social Database
- Ability to prepare collective negotiations (consultations juridiques, benchmark, projects of agreements)
- Ability to collaborate actively on the preparation of follow-up commissions
- Ability to conduct legal research and provide legal advice based on current departmental social relations news
- Ability to support the Social Relations Manager in the management of individual cases
- Ability to contribute to the handling of individual litigation in collaboration with lawyers
- Ability to create and adapt document supports used by the Personnel Administration according to regulatory evolutions and company adaptation conventions
- Ability to ensure social legal surveillance (veille juridique sociale) to identify evolutions influencing the company in labor law
- Ability to formalize information collected for operational and franchise units
- Ability to conduct studies on regulatory measures to support the company's strategy
