Job Summary
Bilingual Recruiter for shipyard and industrial projects who sources, screens, and recruits candidates for skilled trades and general labor. Responsibilities include recruiting welders, pipefitters, riggers, electricians, and general labor; sourcing via Indeed, social media, referrals, and networks; conducting English and Spanish phone and in-person interviews; maintaining a candidate pipeline; coordinating drug screens and background checks; and communicating job details (pay, schedule, project location). Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication/organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer/recruiting-platform experience.
