Job Summary
Bilingual Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for shipyard and industrial positions across the United States. Responsibilities include recruiting candidates for welders, pipefitters, riggers, electricians, and general labor; sourcing through Indeed, social media, referrals, and networks; conducting phone and in-person interviews in English and Spanish; maintaining a candidate pipeline; coordinating drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment requirements; and communicating job details including pay, schedule, and project location.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with recruiting platforms
