Job Summary
Labor Manager responsible for executing robust labor relations strategies, ensuring compliance with GM-UAW agreements, and driving negotiations within a corporate manufacturing setting. Partners with HR/LR professionals across U.S. manufacturing sites, develops training materials, and supports local negotiations. Requires strong contract-language expertise, data-analytic skills, and ability to coach and lead LR professionals. Posture includes hybrid work with on-site presence at GM Global Technical Center in Warren, MI (minimum 3 days/week) and travel up to 25%. Sponsorship is not provided by GM; relocation benefits may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years Labor Relations experience
- Minimum of 10 years Labor Relations experience
