Job Summary
Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute field recruiting strategies that support local staffing needs. Build trusted relationships with community organizations, job centers, and educational institutions to expand candidate flow. Lead local job fairs and campus recruiting efforts while ensuring recruiting marketing materials are visible in the market. Source qualified candidates through databases and grassroots outreach, then proactively reach out via phone, text, and email to assess interest and schedule interviews. Conduct pre-screen interviews, explain job duties and compensation, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers. Maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System and weekly productivity reports. Work independently in the field while staying connected to broader HR teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of recruiting experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field
- Valid driver's license (required for field travel)
