Job Summary
Manage employer-side labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour class and PAGA actions, discrimination and harassment claims, and representative actions in state and federal courts. Conduct targeted advice and internal investigations as needed while working closely with partners to brief dispositive motions and appear before California courts. Requires a JD from 2017–2021, three years of labor and employment experience at a peer firm, and hands-on class action experience. Compensation ranges from $310,000 to $435,000 plus discretionary bonus. This serious seat offers direct access to partners and meaningful responsibility on complex matters within a top AmLaw 100 firm's established San Francisco practice.
