Advise employers on a broad range of employment law issues and handle litigation from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda while conducting research to provide practical recommendations. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances, collaborating with partners on complex workplace matters. Build trusted client relationships through responsive counsel and stay current on evolving regulations. Requires an active Minnesota Bar license and at least one year of employment law experience.
