Required Qualifications
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience at a law firm or legal or corporate department required
- Ability to effectively gather and summarize data for reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide outstanding customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional knowledge and experience with the Labor and Employment law practice
- Experience with efiling pleadings with various regulatory bodies
- Experience preparing Department of Labor audit responses
- Proven proficiency using legal terminology
- High level of proficiency using office equipment
- Keyboarding skills of 60 wpm or higher
