Labor & Employment Attorney opportunity in Ohio (Toledo or Cleveland) with hybrid-remote schedule. Counsel diverse clients on employment practices, assist with collective bargaining, and defend against discrimination, wage & hour disputes, harassment, and non-compete issues. Draft and review employee handbooks, provide HR insights, and participate in high-level HR seminars. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of Employment Law experience, is licensed to practice in Ohio, and is motivated by a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture with a target of ~1750 billed hours.
