Job Summary
Join a prominent Florida business law firm as a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney, responsible for providing strategic counsel on labor and employment issues as well as representing clients in litigation. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in labor law, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and possess a strong legal skill set. A portable book of business is preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $285,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably in a law firm setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
