Job Summary
Assist in the preparation and litigation of labor and employment cases, including research, drafting pleadings, and developing trial strategies; conduct investigations and analyses of complex labor and employment issues; develop and maintain a strong understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations; collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions; provide exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in labor and employment law (Class of 2022-2023)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
