Job Summary
Labor & Employment Associate opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid-Remote) with a mid-sized full-service firm. Counsel a diverse client base on employment practices, participate in collective bargaining matters, and defend claims including discrimination, wage & hour, workers’ compensation, harassment, and non-compete issues. Draft and review employee handbooks, provide HR-focused insights, and participate in high-level HR seminars. Hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Employment Law experience and is licensed to practice in Ohio. The firm emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, with a reasonable annual billable target of 1750 hours and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401k, generous PTO, performance bonuses, and student loan repayment match. Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Ohio
- Attorney with at least 2 years of Employment Law experience
- Experience with collective bargaining and employment disputes is a plus
